This is a hard question to answer, if you are going by quality, looks, or something like that, the answers you get will all be opinions.
Even if you go by sales (top 10 manufacturers that sold the most) that still wouldnt necesarily be fair, because some of the more exotic car manufacturers dont produce as manytop 10 easiest sports cars as other companies.
But here is a list of the top ten sport car manufacturers in my personal opinion, not in any order...

Audi
Chevrolet
Aston Martin is supercar company, not a sports car company, & so is much of the stuff in the 'best answer' top 10 easiest sports

they are all garbage....Made in CHINA
