dell oem software downloadsOEM Software

I'm planning on getting a new Mac Book Pro (switching from a Dell) and I'm going to need to get some a new CAD software program as well, I use AutoCAD 2005 now and I'm thinking about switching to Vectorworks. However, I would like to be able to save some $$. Is it okay to download OEM software because I may want to get both Vectorworks and AutoCAD. And I can't seem to get a clear answer!!! Also, is there anyway dell oem software downloadsto transfer the AutoCAD on my Dell to the new PC (I don't have the original discs). Thank you to anyone who can solve my dilemna!!!
No, downloading software is never a legal option if you are not in possession of a proper license.

In addition to that, OEM software is supposed to be Original Equipment Manufacturers software, i.e. software that is installed by a system builder. Officially you are not allowed tdell oem software downloadso transfer this software license to another PC.

You could try to download evaluation copies of the products you mentioned.

Vectorworks: Vectorworks does not appear to offer trial versions of their products.
Generally, OEM software comes with NO support. Can you live with that?
